General Rules applicable to all courses
Students are advised to check their eligibility criteria before applying for any of the courses. New Student application form can be downloaded from our website under admission>forms and downloads menu. Filled up student registration form should be accompanied with required supportive documents. Please check the list of documents to be submitted in the Eligibility and Fees matrix check list annexure. All the documents should be signed by the candidate as well as by parent or guardian.
Student must accompany either the parent or guardian with them while coming for admission to the college. Student without accompanying parent or guardian and if they come with friends and relatives, those applications will be summarily rejected.
Final year students can apply for P.G Diploma courses; however they should submit their U.G course completion course before they appear for 2nd semester of NIYA Logistics and Aviation College.
Academic Year:-Our academic year commences from July to December and Jan to June. Admission process happens during the months of June and Jan every year. To seek admission for June -batch, should enroll before 31st May and those who seek admission for Jan – batch, should complete their registration process before 31st December every year.

Diploma Courses:- Those who seek admission for diploma courses will have 5 months theory classes and 1 month internals with capstone project.
Post Graduate Diploma Courses:- P.G Diploma students will have 9 papers and 1 capstone project. During 2nd semester, student has to choose 2 elective papers. There will be compulsory 3 months unpaid internship (Industrial Attachment) program for which student should make their own arrangements for food and accommodation.
For all the courses, student must have 80% attendance of theory and practical classes, failing which student shall not be eligible to appear for the semester exams. However they can write the exam in the subsequent semester if they do not fulfill the attendance criteria.
Student who is absent for more than 1 month for the theory classes continuously without prior permission from the academic head of the college, he/she may be terminated from the college and the student must seek re-admission process for the next semester. Management reserves the right to admission.
